This is probably the most beautiful of the restored houses in the area adjacent to the Selimiye mosque and it can be found in the street that passes the Haydar Pasha mosque. Dating from the Lusignan period the house has been fully restored and some of the rooms have been furnished in the style of the middle ages with contemporary wall hangings, tables, chairs, candelabra etc. In the upstairs receiving rooms there is an exquisitely restored painted ceiling. Other rooms have been laid out with implements and domestic machinery to reflect the changes of occupation and use, from the medieval to the Ottoman period.
