The Filling Station

The Filling Station is situated at the end of the Lapta strip, opposite the Celebrity Hotel. This restaurant is the new venue of the popular Welsh couple Ruth and Tony, formally the managers of the Waterfront restaurant.

This small restaurant has been decorated to give the feel of a Bistro; the new décor features a nice colour scheme of browns and olive greens, with painted walls and wooden tables and chairs.

The restaurant offers both lunch and evening meals, and the menu lists a good choice of traditional food including fish and chips and steak pie, as well as more international dishes like Thai green chicken curry.

Traditional roast Sunday lunches are good value with 3 courses priced at 20 TL (approx. £8.00) per person.

Friday nights feature Anna, the one of the more popular singers in North Cyprus, who creates an exellenet party mood for all diners. Ruth and Tony work hard to organize events to coincide with UK dates such as Ascot day and Wimbledon.
