North Cyprus Car Hire

There are many spectacular places to visit in North Cyprus which is why many clients prefer to hire cars to enable them to visit the historical and beautiful slights at their own pace.

As the Island of Cyprus was once a British colony its traffic regulations are very similar to England. Cars still drive on the left side but speed restrictions are shown in kilometers.

The minimum age for car hire is 25 years and you will be required to show your driving license and passport.

Unfortunately due to car insurance regulations, car hire cannot be taken across the border from North to South or vice a versa due to in adequate car insurance cover.

However there are many other ways to cross the border i.e., pedestrian crossing or by taxi.
