Beyti Kebab

Beyti Kebab Restaurant

The Beyti Kebab restaurant is situated in Girne town centre, in the back streets near to the Colony hotel. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day throughout the summer months, and is a good choice at any time of the day or night.

The restaurant is nicely decorated, if a bit basic but features a lovely waterfall feature inside the restaurant, with fish in the pool area of the feature. The staff are all very friendly and portion sizes are very good.

The Beyti menu mainly consists of various kebabs and fish dishes, including their house special the Beyti Kebab. Prices start at 12TL (approx. £5) for a kebab and 15TL (approx. £6) for cipura fish dishes. They also offer pide, various chicken dishes including chicken curry, chicken casserole and chicken wings, prices starting from 9TL (approx. £3.75) for a pide.  If you are after a lighter meal, you can choose from salads, soups, meze or lahmacun. Beyti also offers a small selection of Turkish desserts starting from only 6TL (approx. £2.50). Daily chef’s specials are available including the chef’s special dish, vegetarian special dish and special kebabs.  I would personally recommend the Musakka  or the Kıymalı Pide (minced meat pide).

Overall Beyti offers excellent value for money and is a nice friendly basic restaurant for all the family.
